By accessing and using IELTSWritingPro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your access to and use of IELTSWritingPro.com immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that IELTSWritingPro.com is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by IELTS or University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia, in any manner whatsoever. IELTSWritingPro.com is an independent service aimed at helping you prepare for IELTS-like exams using AI-driven system, without any connection or cooperation with IELTS or University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia.
You agree to comply with the above conditions, and acknowledge and agree that IELTSWritingPro has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account or take such other action as we see fit if you breach any of the above conditions or any of the other terms of these Terms of Service. This may include taking court action and/or reporting offending users to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without warning or responsibility, for any reason, including, but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. If you wish to terminate the Terms of Service or your IELTSWritingPro account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
IELTSWritingPro.com uses AI-driven systems to analyze and provide feedback on the essays you submit. This process is automated and may not reflect the same level of accuracy, correctness, or fullness as human-assessed evaluations. We shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, incompleteness, or other issues that may arise in connection with AI-generated assessments.
Content IELTSWritingPro retains all proprietary rights in the Services. The Services contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of IELTSWritingPro, and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. All content on IELTSWritingPro is proprietary. Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, all Content is copyrighted material of IELTSWritingPro and for IELTSWritingPro's Members' use only.
You acknowledge and agree that all content and services provided on IELTSWritingPro.com, including but not limited to questions and AI-generated assessments, are provided "as is" and with no warranty of any kind. We shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur as a result of your use or reliance on any information, content, or services provided on or through IELTSWritingPro.com.
IELTSWritingPro shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on IELTSWritingPro.com.
In no event shall IELTSWritingPro be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the Services, or use thereof. Nothing contained in this Services or in any written or oral communications from IELTSWritingPro or its employees or agents shall be construed to make any promise, covenant, or guaranty, all of which are explicitly disclaimed hereby, contrary to the statements and disclaimers contained in this paragraph. The content and functionality on the services provided by employees of the Services are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. IELTSWritingPro makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the ownership, accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the Services’ content or that the functionality of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from virus or third party attack. You hereby acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL IELTSWRITINGPRO, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULT FROM USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR VIRUSES ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES, EVEN IF IELTSWRITINGPRO HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL IELTSWRITINGPRO HAVE ANY LIABILITY, CONTINGENT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AGREEMENT, WEBSITES OR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS; LOST DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT; WORK STOPPAGE; EQUIPMENT FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION; ILLEGAL, IMMORAL OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY; PERSONAL INJURY; PROPERTY DAMAGE; OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF IELTSWRITINGPRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, INDEMNITY OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED. In the event that any of the foregoing limitations are deemed to be unenforceable, to the greatest extent permitted by law, you agree that the entire aggregate liability of IELTSWritingPro and sole remedy available to any Member in any case in any way arising out of or relating to the Agreement, the Services shall be limited to monetary damages that in the aggregate may not exceed the greater of one dollar ($1).
You understand and agree that IELTSWritingPro.com does not guarantee or endorse any particular grade or mark that you may receive on any real exam, including but not limited to IELTS. Use of IELTSWritingPro.com is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and your results and performance on any real exam are solely your responsibility and may not be attributed to your use of IELTSWritingPro.com.
You acknowledge and agree that payments for IELTSWritingPro.com services will be processed by a third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy. We shall not assume any responsibility or liability for any problems, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of using LemonSqueezy or any other third-party payment processing service to make payments for our services.
You may request a refund by sending a formal request to support@ieltswritingpro.com if fewer than 3 tasks (or essays) have been submitted for assessment. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

If you encounter any offensive content on IELTSWritingPro.com, please report it to us by sending a formal request to support@ieltswritingpro.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any offensive content at any time and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Your continued use of IELTSWritingPro.com following any such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold IELTSWritingPro.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: a. your use of the Service and/or Websites in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement including without limitation your representations and warranties set forth above; b. any third party claim of infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights or invasion of privacy arising from the hosting of Your Content on the Services, Websites, and/or your making available thereof to other users of the Services, Websites, and/or the actual use of Your Content by other users of the Services, Websites or related services in accordance with these Terms of Service and the parameters set by you with respect to the distribution and sharing of Your Content; c. any activity related to your account, either by you or by any other person accessing your account with or without your consent unless such activity was caused by the act of IELTSWritingPro.
These Terms and your use of IELTSWritingPro.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
